Who the Heck is this Guy?
Well hello there! It would seem that you’ve stumbled upon my online portfolio-my lil' home on 'the web', so let me take this time to tell you a little bit about me…Let’s start with the introductions… my name is Lawrence. For the most part, I consider myself a pretty creative guy. I’ve been working in the design field for several years now and love what I do.
Currently I am employed at Overit Media as their Art Director. Overit Media has given me the opportunity to pursue outlets for my imaginative mind thru graphic design, motion graphics, video and animation. Using these mediums, I have worked with such clients as Trump Vodka, Apple & Eve Juice, MTI Instruments and The Case Foundation.
My interests and abilities stretch far beyond said experience, with artistic roots that start long ago—deep in childhood and wind their way thru my high school years in Upstate New York. Continuing on my journey through college at the School of Visual Arts and SUNY Oneonta, I continued to grow with my vast work experience at multiple design firms as well as a variety of completed freelance projects.
When I’m not strapped to my work computer, scheming visual ideas into design reality, I find myself strapped to my computer at home illustrating and coloring comic books.
And when the computer becomes too stressful, I find solace in spending time with my wife and daughter, playing video games and drumming with my band, The Jolly Rogers.
